Fuel your glow with this Beauty Power Smoothie. Packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and skin-loving superfoods, it’s a delicious way to energize your day and nourish your body from the inside out.

Ingredients

Fruits:

• 1 passion fruit
• 1/2 cup bananas cubes frozen
• 1/2 cup mango cubes frozen
• 1/2 cup pineapple cubes frozen
• 1 blood orange or orange peel

Superfoods:

• 1 tbsp collagen powder
• 2tsp Maca Powder
• 1 tbsp Sea Moss Gold
• 1 tsp bee pollen
• 1/4-1/2 cup Tangerine or Manderin juice
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 1/4 cup almond milk
• 1 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
• (1/2 cup ice optional )
• A small handful of baby basil, mint, and spinach

Garnishes:

• 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
• Coconut flakes
• Bee pollen
• Optional fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
• Micro Greens, fresh mint or basil leaves
• Seeds (such as chia seeds, flax seeds, or pumpkin seeds)

Instructions

Blend the Smoothie

  1. Add all the fruits to the blender (passion fruit, bananas, mango, pineapple, orange)
  2. Add collagen powder, Maca, sea moss gel (gold), and bee pollen to boost your health.
  3. Pour in coconut milk, almond milk, citrus juice, and honey to sweeten and achieve the desired creamy consistency.
  4. Add a handful of ice if you want a thicker consistency.
  5. Mix everything until smooth and well combined. Add more almond or coconut milk to adjust the consistency if the smoothie is too thick.

Garnish and serve

  1. Add the coconut yogurt to a glass, make marbled lines with a spoon, and then pour the smoothie into the glass.
  2. Garnish with a sprinkle of coconut flakes, bee pollen, or fresh microgreens.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing, beauty-boosting goodness!
