Chips & Herb Protein Dip
This healthy, high-protein, and creamy dip is filled with many herbs and spices.
Ingredients
Herb Protein Dip
• 1 1/2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
• 1/2 cup feta cheese
• 1/2 cup chickpeas
• 1/2 Avocado
• 2 garlic clove
• 1/2 cup parsley
• 1/4 cup dill
• 1/4 cup cilantro
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp ranch seasoning (if possible)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
Garnish
With multi-mix microgreens

Instructions
Blend all the ingredients in a powerful food processor. Mix for 3 minutes, pressing down to mix everything evenly, until a creamy dip is formed.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with your favorite veggies, crackers, pita chips, nachos, and chickpea chips.
You can use it as a spread for sandwiches or as a spread base.
