Kickstart your morning or treat yourself to a refreshing, nutrient-packed snack with this Green Smoothie Bowl. Loaded with vibrant greens, tropical fruits, and superfoods like Sea Moss Gold and Spirulina, it’s a burst of energy and essential nutrients in every spoonful.

Ingredients

For the Smoothie:

• A handful of Thai basil or basil
• A handful of fresh mint leaves
• 1 cup spinach
• 1 cup mixed green salad (such as arugula, kale, or other leafy greens)
• 1tsp grated ginger
• 1 lime juice
• 3/4 cup mango, cubed frozen
• 3/4 cup pineapple, cubed frozen
• 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
• 1 avocado
• 2 tsp bee pollen
• 1 tbsp Sea Moss Gold
• 1-2 tsp Spirulina powder
• 1 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
• 1/2 -1 cup coconut milk
• Handful ice cubes optional

For the Toppings:

• Bee Pollen
• Granola
• Coconut flakes
• Fresh berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
• Mint leaves
• Microgreens (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

 Prepare the Smoothie

  1. Add the basil, mint, spinach, ginger, lime, mango, pineapple, kiwi avocado, and mixed green salad into the blender with coconut milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and add bee pollen, Sea Moss Gold, Spirulina, and honey for added nutrients and sweetness.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, add more coconut milk. If you want more volume for the smoothie bowl, add more ice. For perfect consistency, add a handful of ice cubes to make the smoothie thick and refreshing.
  4. Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add more coconut or almond milk to achieve your desired consistency if the smoothie is too thick.

Assemble the Smoothie Bowl

  1. Pour the blended green smoothie into a bowl, smoothing it into an even layer with a spoon.
  2. Garnish with your favorite toppings:
    • Sprinkle granola for crunch.
    • Add coconut flakes for a tropical flavor.
    • Top with fresh berries for color and sweetness.
    • Garnish with mint leaves and micro greens for a fresh, vibrant touch.
